Beach day.

Todd's mom, sister, and our handsome nephew came down for a week to celebrate Emmeline's first birthday with us. Today was our last full day with them and we decided to go to the beach. Everyone needed a little fresh air and what a perfect place to go!
The temperature was just right not too hot and not too cold. Emmeline is not quite yet walking so there was a lot of holding mommy and daddy's fingers to enjoy her toesies in the sand and chilly water. Our nephew Xander was not sure what to make of the sand but the soft sounds of the waves put him right to sleep. It was a peaceful day and we sure did enjoy snapping pictures of the little ones.
